Our Proven Track Record
CONDUCTING CONSTRUCTION DEFECT INVESTIGATIONS & LITIGATION – EXPOSED $2.4 MILLION IN DAMAGES through extensive investigation of a 34-unit condominium complex less than 2 years old. Assisted condominium owners by bringing lawsuit to have contractors make all necessary repairs. Attorney fees and expert witness fees kept to a level where condominium association was able to complete all repairs at a minimum cost to owner.
PROVIDING EFFECTIVE TACTICS TO CLOSE RIGHTFUL SALES – Represented Buyer in a transaction whereby Seller’s broker threatened to close escrow and re-list a property for sale unless Buyer met Seller’s demands for more money over the contract price. For a minimum legal cost we filed a Complaint, recorded Notice of Pending Litigation to suspend the ability to sell the property to another. The matter settled on Buyer’s original terms.
RECOVERING REALTOR COMMISSIONS – RECOVERED $90,000 where Seller and Buyer terminated escrow and engaged in a conspiracy to reopen escrow at another title company to evade paying realtor’s commission.
